Face to Face

Our face to face personal training sessions can take place at our studio or in your own home. Our PT will take you along your fitness journey and help you to achieve your goals. 


Online personal training sessions take place via zoom. This allows you to train at home meaning you don’t have to travel. This is a great option if you have children at home and are unable to leave them.

Kids & Teens

Kids and Teen PT programme allows them to focus on an area of their choice to build their fitness (boxing/ballet/barre/circuits using a variety of equipment/technique & posture/dance based exercises – yoga, cardio, strength, flexibility) instilling fitness into their day to day routine builds confidence, self esteem and body confidence which prepares them for joining a gym, group classes and taking responsibility for maintaining their own fitness levels. Sessions are fun, motivating and focused. (Suitable for ages 7 to 19.) 


Personal Training

Personal Training carried out in our fully equipped studio. Our PT will take you along your fitness journey and help you to achieve your goals. 

Self Workout

You take control on your own workout in our studio using our varied fitness equipment.  

Programmed Workout

If you don’t feel comfortable and confident enough to go to the gym our trainer can give you a programme where you can train on your own at a time that suits you. 


Outdoor Fitness & Yoga Sessions

Fast flowing yoga and fitness combined to work all muscle groups, strengthen and lengthen your muscles to leave you feeling energised and strong.
